After years as a real estate
professional, I decided to pursue my
lifelong dream of working in the design
industry. With the support of my wife
and family I made the decision to pursue
my addiction to decorating and desire to
create new and exciting living spaces
for others.
Working in real estate, I specialized in
residential property management. During
that time I have assisted property
owners with preparing their property for
the rental market. Each property is
different and may only require a simple
coat of paint while other properties may
require a much larger renovation. My
experience in this field is particularly
helpful to clients when staging their
homes for sale.
When staging a home I work on the
concept that less is more. With that in
mind I encourage the homeowner to
consider the buyer and their impression
of the home. The first impression can
make or break the sale. A home should
welcome potential buyers and allow them
to envision their furnishings in the
home.
I believe that every client is unique
and that their space should reflect
their personality and lifestyle. To me,
it is the ultimate reward to see the joy
on a client’s face when viewing their
transformed rooms, seeing what before
seemed ordinary turned into something
extraordinary. |
